In 2026, the Queen Elisabeth Competition will hold its third cello session. We offer you the opportunity to book a box with six seats or a number of first-category seats for all or a selection of the six final evenings, as well as for the laureates’ concert and the closing concert, at the Brussels Centre for Fine Arts (Palais des Beaux-Arts).

Business Classic

  • they get access to a VIP box and the best seats in the concert hall,

  • as well as a programme book for the evening.

Business Premium

The same formula is available with a walking dinner before the concerts, starting at 18:30. The dinner offers an opportunity for special interaction with your guests, with personalised tables in the name of your business. As the number of places is limited, please contact us well in advance if you would like to book this special Business Premium option.

2026 Cello Competition


The final will be organised from Monday 25 to Saturday 30 May. Each night, two finalists will take the stage at 8.15 pm. They will each play an unedited imposed work and a concerto, accompanied by the Belgian National Orchestra, under the baton of Antony Hermus. The ranking of the laureates will be announced after the performance of the last finalist, on Saturday 30 May around midnight.

On Monday 8 June at 8.15 pm, the laureates ranked 4th, 5th and 6th will perform with the Antwerp Symphony Orchestra.

On Wednesday 10 June at 8.15 pm, the first three laureates will close this edition with the Brussels Philharmonic.

Experience these eight musical evenings in the company of outstanding young cellists in the magnificent setting of the Henry Le Boeuf Hall of the Brussels Centre for Fine Arts!
