VIOLIN 2024 : Laureate
Hana Chang studied at the Curtis Institute under Ida Kavafian, at the Haute École de Musique in Sion (Switzerland) under Janine Jansen, and is currently honing her skills at the Kronberg Academy in the class of Christian Tetzlaff. She is a laureate of the Prague Spring Competition, the Stuttgart Competition, the Yehudi Menuhin Competition, the Wieniawski Competition and the YCAT Auditions in London. She has appeared as soloist with such orchestras as the Baden-Baden Philharmonic Orchestra, the Lexington Symphony, the Czech Virtuosi, the National Theatre Orchestra of Prague, the Stuttgarter Philharmoniker and the Amadeus Chamber Orchestra of Polish Radio. She has performed with artists such as Janine Jansen, Daniel Müller-Schott, Amihai Grosz, Clara-Jumi Kang, Nils Mönkemeyer, Francesco Piemontesi, Veronika Eberle, Till Fellner, David Fray, Pablo Ferrández, Timothy Ridout and Boris Brovtsyn.
